Önümüzde kimse olmamasına rağmen bizden sonrakileri bekleyerek tamı tamına 40 dk kaybettik. Rezillik ötesi. Hesap açacaklar bir kez daha düşünsünler derim.
A disgusting bank. They keep the salary customer waiting and then prioritize the numbers of those who come. Professionalism, institutionalism zero. I think this is the worst bank among private banks. Although there was no one in front of us, we lost exactly 40 minutes waiting for the next ones. Beyond disgrace. I say they're gonna open an account and think again.
