If it was the lower of a single star, I would give it.
No actual customer service, they are dealing with customers on the phone. It is a candidate for being a world brand in slowness.

Even though I want to reach the bank by phone many times, they never and never answer the phone, as if it is a very busy crowded bank, but it is a very secluded place, it's a pity that everyone works in their own way...
