Benden sonra gelenler islerini gordu gitti bir kisi ilgilenmedi. Tekrar sira aldim. Bir diger veznedar utana sıkıla ben hesap acamiyorum arkadas ilgilensin diyerek beni tekrar diger vezneyi beklemeye davet etti. Lazim olmasa birakin hesap acmayi onunden bile gecmem. Rezil banka.

Müşteri ayakta beklerken işlemi bekletip telefonla lak lak konuşan gişe personelinin rahatlığını tanımlayamıyorum. 7 gişe varken sadece 3 ünün çalışmasını anlayamıyorum. 1 dakikalık işi yarım saatte bitiremeyen sistemi anlayamıyorum.
