Personel ilgisiz. Ama güvenliklerinden o kadar eminler ki güvenlik görevlisi keyfince telefonla konuşabiliyor. Müşteri umurlarunda değil.
I don't understand what kind of a bank branch it is.
The staff is indifferent. But they are so confident of their security that the security guard can talk on the phone at their pleasure. The customer doesn't care.
