But the other two had been opened with a small push in just a few hours. I explained the situation to Arif Bey. He stated that they would help in this matter. Although they gave me a certain day and time, they did not come on the called date. They did not give a specific date 3-4 times afterwards. They did not inform that they would not come. Unfortunately, when they called each time and asked when they would come, they did not express their future. I expressed my disappointment. I also stated that the weather was very hot, but I could not open the windows because it poses a risk to cats. In my most recent call, they expressed something open-ended, as if we were already looking for it. I said, if you don't come today, please return my money. When I called again 3 days after my last call, they started to throw my phone busy. Truly great disappointment. They haven't returned my money either. My friend who recommended it was also very disappointed. It was a really bad experience for me to work with this company.
