Bize kırık ürün yollayıp olayı kargo şirketine yıkmaya çalıştılar. Kendilerini tanımam ama Samsun lu olmaları beni bir o kadar daha şaşırttı. İnanın kendilerinin adına ben utandım.

Sipariş verdikten sonraki gün sabah telefonla arayıp durumdan bahsettim. Telefona hemen cevap verdiler. Sorduğum sorulara da çok güzel cevap verdiler. Kargoya gün içerisinde vereceklerini söylediler. Herhangi bir sorun olduğu takdirde her zaman onlara ulaşabileceğimizi söylediler. Bisiklet 2 gün içerisinde orijinal paketinde hiç sorunsuz elimize ulaştı. Sağolsunlar gayet ilgiliydiler. Çok memnun kaldık.
We bought a bike from the Çiçek Sepeti website. They had the best price on the internet. But when I saw the reviews on Google, I was hesitant to trust Yantur. The day after I placed the order, I called in the morning and talked about the situation. They answered the phone immediately. They also answered my questions very well. They said they would ship it within the same day. They said we could always reach them if there was any problem. The bike arrived in its original package within 2 days without any problems. Fortunately, they were very involved. We were very satisfied.
