The hall is located on the street parallel to the sea in the area of Rustam Pasha in the province of Yalova. The street is crowded with shoppers and tourists in the evening from afternoon until late at night on summer days and at noon to Morocco in cold winter days It extends from Heikal Square, which is a corridor for all buses in Yalova, to the end of the coast, where all of Al-Fateh Street ends.
