Ama her seferinde ilgisiz bir personel sürekli ambulans bakımda ya da başka bir ilde diyerek bizi geçiştirdi. Bu hizmet biz faydalanamayacaksak neden var halen anlamadım. We had an urgent need for the municipality's ambulance service 3 times. But every time, an uninterested staff member put us off by saying that the ambulance was in maintenance or in another province. I still do not understand why this service exists if we cannot benefit from it.
