A historical mosque at the town centre

Aziziye Yalı Mosque is located in the heart of ORDU. All guests visited Ordu ultimately pass by this cute building. Some of them prayed in here. It was constructed by Abdülaziz Pascha in 1890. Specific woods such as chestnut and acacia were used in wall and extraordinary roof. Besides, Unfourtanetly, it was fired and then the Muslim Judge Zade Hasan Master rebuilt it. He repaired the original wooden roof. A different architectural technique was used in roof construction. For the joining of the wooden boards, no nails were used, but only the passage system was used. Consequently, an extraordinary and cute building emerged. It has 3 floors and the entrance is located on the second floor. The first floor is used for tea cafe. The people drinking tea in here can watch seaside of Ordu city besides they say hello to the people on the cable car. I had ever the first time in this location in February 2019 and prayed after sunset time with my friends. We were very impressed by the location, architecture, and history of this mosque. We planned to pray in that location for sunrise time. However, at this time had not processed this plan. God willing, let's hope another time.
