★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spor salonlarinda 3 yıllik geçmisi olan biriyim. En son burayi önerdiler ve yazilma karari aldim. Görevli spor eğitmenleri pek bilgili deiller. Spora yeni başlayan kişiye verdiği programin aynisini banada veriyor. Tüm bildikleri ezber mantık sıfır.
I am someone with a 3 year background in gyms. Finally, they suggested this place and I decided to write. The sports trainers on duty are not very knowledgeable. He gives me the same program he gives to a person who has just started sports. All they know is rote logic zero.

It is a very good gym with very caring and smiling trainers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güzel bir spor salonu, bazı malzemeler eski ve dumbbell rack düzenli değil. Ağırlık aramak zorunda kalıyorsunuz sürekli. Ama çalışanlar çok ilgili, hep yardımcı oldular. Üst katta bayan kısmı var, Kardiyo için yeterli. Ağırlıklar vs aşağı katta. Üst değiştirme yeri daha iyi olabilir bayanlar kısmında.
Nice gym, some equipment is old and dumbbell rack is not organized. You constantly have to look for weights. But the employees are very interested, always helpful. There is a ladies section upstairs, enough for cardio. Weights etc downstairs. Changing place could be better in ladies' section.
