We can say that Izmit Center is the most decent and comfortable site. It is possible to reach everything you are looking for. Primary school, high school and kindergarten are right next to you. Shopping centers, independent cafes and restaurants ... Parking shortage is quite less compared to equivalent sites ...

Yuvam Akarca and yahyakaptan are two liveable sites in Izmit, full of green parks everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yahya Kaptan bölgesini yeşilligi ve düzeni açısından beğeniyorum. Bölgede hava kirliliğinin çok fazla olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bu konuda birseyler yapilabilse çok iyi olurdu.
I like Yahya Kaptan district in terms of its greenness and layout. I think there is too much air pollution in the region. It would be great if something could be done about it.
