Kilo problemim olduğu için zayıflama sonrası sarkmaları önlemek ve sıkılaşmak için sporu önermişlerdi. Bu şekilde birbirinden kaliteli hocalarla tanıştım. Antreman programınızı yapıp her yaptığınız hareket de, her aşamada rahatça danışabileceğiniz, sizi ve sağlığınızı cidden önemseyen hocalar. Salon ve imkanlar çok iyi. Benim gibi sporu sevmeyen birisini bile haftada 4 gün getirmeyi başarıyorlar:)) Üstelik incelmeye ve sıkılaşmaya başladım. Sağlıkçıyım bu nedenle hijyene, mesafe kurallarına da tabiki bakıyorum. Bu konuda da çok iyiler?İlk geldiğimde üst katta neden soyunma odası yok, bu merdıvenler çok ama??diyen ben, şuan keyifle geliyorum. Bu nedenle tüm nazımızı çeken Görkem hoca, Nadir Hoca ve Büşra hoca başta olmak üzere tüm hocalarımıza teşekkür etmek istedim.✌ Büşra hocaya ayrıca parantez, Plates derslerinde bizi hamur gibi yaptıgı için? ? Pilates dersinde özellikle Büşra Hoca çooook yoruyooor ama kaslar muhteşem çalışıyor .. :) Çok memnunum azimli ve istikrarlı olursanız hocalar eşliğinde istediğiniz fiziğe sahip olabilirsiniz ..☺️☺️☺️ I have been doing sports for years since I was 7 years old, I have a lot of sports background and I have experienced many places… Xfit Tepebaşı is also doing their job properly by giving their due. Gayet güler yüzlüler ilgililer çok memnun kaldım... The best place to go around Keçiören, there is no time limit. Even when you have a job, you have the chance to freeze your sport. Hocaları mükemmel kadınlar için ayrıca program ve çok ilgili hocaları var ben inanılmaz memnunum. Çok temiz ve gerçekten spor yapmaya gelen insanlar var ve kadınlara özel yerlerinin olmasında muhteşem gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilirsiniz. 30dk gidiş dönüş 1 saat yürüyorum ama böyle bir ortama değer artık tek adresim ayrıca çok saygılı güven ilaçlama veren hocalar var ben çok sevdim. Tereddüt bile etmeyin derim sporun tek merkezi ???? I searched and went to many sports centers in Keçiören, but this center is magnificent.
