Wyndham Grand Kayseri

Hello. I would like to share my experience staying in the hotel on Jan 2021. The location is perfect. Room service regarding 24 hours food availability — was great, as we arrived at night. BUT Rooms need renovation. The cleaning is VERY poor!!! The bathroom is just eewwww ☹️ I’ve asked on reception for cleaning, thus the lady arrived and pretended that she didn’t see the dust (please, find the photos attached). The taps flowed in several rooms, it was the case for us and I’ve heard complaints on reception from other visitors. Oh, I should also mention that NO taps were fixed in a week time we stayed. The windows were dirty, even though there was no rain before or during our stay. And it’s better not to touch curtains as they do not seem fresh. I should say that we’ve changed 3 rooms and the one on the photos was the best one ?? Breakfast quality is a bit disappointing, no English-speaking personnel, maybe 1-2 people max. I strongly do not share 5 stars of this hotel, 3 stars are Max. Wyndham, if you make a statement that you are the five stars hotel, please, clean the rooms at least and fix taps.

I arrived at 03:30 and left at 08:30, so I didn't get the "hole experience" (which is why I can't give more than 4*) but what I experienced in that short periode of time, was top class.

Excellent quality-price hotel in the very center of Kayseri. The hotel is little bit older, but it is compensated by terrific staff. All of them are working very hard, all are very kind and helping. Great view from the top floor terrace to enjoy your drink. Very good breakfast and a pool is a big bonus, great to relax after exploring. Free secured private parking. Recommend.

We stayed at Wayndhan Grand Hotel two days ago due to weather conditions, our flight did not land in Istanbul, we were redirected to Kayseri. I want to express my deep gratitude to a girl named ALSU. A real professional, she did not panic (for a second we were about 150 people) and the hotel was ready for this, but thanks to this girl everything went well, no questions asked, she also helped us find out at least a little information about the flight. Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay there. The room service is excellent, food was really delicious. Their breakfast was diverse with many verities.

the rooms were extremely hot. unable to cool down. average room temp around 30 degrees... crazy... I need about 18-19 degrees for a decent night. i kept the window open for some cool air. but the noise and the smell from outside is unacceptable... for these prices the room is unsufficient... it affected my day performance.. i slept only 3-4 hours every night.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. Average quality breakfast, not like 5 stars hotel. The rooms are old and dirty. The gym equipments are old and broken. Front desk staff not helping and replying carelessly. Thin walls so you can hear other room even if they sneezing (just consider other things xxx) also too much noise coming from outside too, traffic, call to prayers etc.

I really loved the stay at this hotel. The service was nice. The “Executive” room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy. They have here sauna, pool and gym functioning now. Minus 1 star, because I got the hairs in my food twice. There is not a lot of choice here in the restaurant, but the food was really good.
