★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just arrived and in the reception to make the check-in and give 5 stars to this hotel just because of a wonderful guy their his name is MURAT!
You can’t imagine how helpful is he! In my life this the first time i’ve getting such a wonderful hospitality.
If you visit this nice resort, just ask for this gentleman MURAT?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally ok, that is why I gave it 3 stars out of 5 . However, everyone travelling there should be extremely attentive with their personal belongings and definitely use the safe in the room. Room staff goes through your belongings, I had money missing from a wallet inside a zipped bag. Hotel manager and security service totally unhelpful, you feel as if you don't matter as a guest, which is really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for 2 days on 26 27 October 2021 wonderful experience and I wish to visit it again after some time Rooms were very spacious and comfortable Breakfast and dinners were very delicious and there were more than 50 dishes available on dinners staff was courteous and friendly Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very nice experience, really big and the beach is only 5 minutes away by wak or you can get a mini bus that comes every 15 minutes, they have 4 restaurants, 1 normal one in the hotel, 1 next to the beach, 1 Chinese, and 1 Mexican (the Chinese and Mexican you can reserve and pay but it's not that expensive) the room cleaners clean the room really well and it's just generally an amazing hotel, would recommend:D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few members of staff are rude and talk to the guests very bad. It happened twice to us. So all the obvious efforts of the management to make the guests satisfied will be destroyed this way. For this price I would wish some more respect. We won't come back again.

It offers wonderful buffets of extensive dishes, salads & sweets. Tea, coffee, water & pool bar offers free unlimited services.
Also offers swimming pools for both adults & kids & water slide for kids.
Every night different activities, musical concert, bingo etc on outdoor stage concert space.
Free good quality internet services.
Rooms are large and capacious.
Staff is professional & friendly.
English language is a Barrie with some of the staff.
Beach access is offered on hotel free shutter service across the road and it is worth visiting the beach area.
Highly recommended for family vaccinations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good size rooms and good location close to local amenities. They have a childrens play room but only for 4 and above. My little one was 2 ½ and not allowed though we were happy to be with him, and he wanted to play only for couple of minutes. We were on all inclusive deal. Good staff and helpful especially the porters. Parking on site which was ideal.
