The surgery was as expected and I'm pleased with the results, they're really good. The facilities at the hospital were very nice and clean. Prior to the treatment the staff were very accommodating and gave me all the information I needed. Afterwards I had to try to get in touch with them several times, their aftercare could be better, but I've had all questions answered eventually. The translator on site was very helpful and kind, her English was very good and she was really friendly. The transfers between the airport, the clinic and hospital were always there for me when I needed. The concierge service was very helpful and I enjoyed the process. It gave a great sense of comfort knowing there was someone else there who could give me information or help just in case I needed someone.
