★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgesproken om een auto te huren maar de volgende dag wouden ze toch nog mijn email adres hebben. Beleefd gevraagd waarom en gezegd dat ik deze liever niet geef. Toen werden de papieren(overeenkomst voor het huren) voor me ogen doormidden gescheurd.
Erg onprofessioneel...
Agreed to rent a car but the next day they still wanted my email address. Asked politely why and said that I prefer not to give this. Then the papers (agreement for renting) were torn in my eyes.

Reasonable car rental prices, friendliness and professionalism and reliability is preferred. After twelve years of personal experience, I can only recommend World Rent a Car. With Head Murat you can always have a good conversation with a cup of Turkish tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers are not interested to help you find the car you want, you cannot drive outside the city where you have rented the car and they dont know English too well to understand you completely.
Would not recomend if you Value your Time and dont want your mood to go down. The small rent a car buisnesses have a lot better attitude towards the customer.
I guess they raiting is so hi becouse the workers rated the Company themselfes.
