Sorunun flex kablosundan olabileceği söylendi. 1 ay boyunca 2 sefer yanlış kablo geldi diye arandım sonrasında sorunun giderilemediğini söyleyip bilgisayarı teslim almamı söylediler. Bilgisayarın arkasında 5 vidası eksik 2 vidası farklı şekilde ve ekrana hiç bir şekilde görüntü gelmiyor halde geri aldım. Bir başka yere sorunun çözümü için danıştığımda chipsetin arızalı olduğunu söylediler. (bakın ilk verdiğimde günlük kullanılıyordu bilgisayar ve sadece ekranı belli bir açıya getirdiğinzde görüntüde oynama oluyordu.) Sonuç olarak bilgisayar çöp oldu. Amacım kimseyi haksız yere kötülemek değil fakat siz asus servisi olarak gözüküp teslim aldığınız bilgisayarı 5 vida eksik şekilde yolluyorsanız bir oturup düşünmek gerekir diye düşünüyorum.
I gave it to the repair with the complaint that the image on my computer screen goes off occasionally. I was told that the problem might be from the flex cable. For 1 month, I called 2 times because the wrong cable came, then they said that the problem could not be fixed and told me to take the computer. On the back of the computer, 5 screws are missing, 2 screws are different and there is no image on the screen, I took it back. When I consulted another place for the solution of the problem, they said that the chipset was faulty. (Look, when I first gave it, the computer was used daily and only when you bring the screen to a certain angle, the image fluctuates.) As a result, the computer was garbage. My aim is not to denigrate anyone unjustly, but if you send the computer you received as asus service, with 5 missing screws, I think you should sit down and think about it. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
