★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deneyimli bir kayakçı değilim. Kaldığım oteldeki kayak otelinin fiyatı beklentimin çok üzerinde olunca telefonla ulaştığım buradan fiyat aldım oteldekinin yarısıydı. Malzeme kalitesini sorgulayamam ama kaymada sorun yaratmadı oldukça iyi kaydım. Sezai Bey'e özellikle teşekkür ederim çok ilgiliydi. Tekrar Palandöken'e gitmeyi düşünüyorum ve yine aynı yerden kiralama yapacağımı da biliyorum.
I am not an experienced skier. When the price of the ski hotel in the hotel I stayed was way above my expectation, I contacted by phone and got the price from here, it was half the price of the hotel. I can't question the quality of the material, but it didn't cause any problems in slipping, I slipped pretty well. Special thanks to Mr. Sezai, he was very interested. I am thinking of going to Palandöken again and I know that I will rent from the same place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Плюсы: сотрудники очень милы, помогают как могут (даже застегивают ботинки), некоторые позиции (например шлем) дешевле чем у соседей.
Минусы: лыжи - просто дрова: старые, дранные с тупыми кантами. У моей дочери (вес 40 кг) через 5 минут катания развалилось крепление. Пришлось отдать ей свою лыжу, а самому спускаться на одной. Работники в прокате пожали плечами как ни в чем ни бывало, дали другие лыжи, а эти как-то собрали и поставили обратно на стеллаж - достанутся кому то еще.
Вывод: если вы катаетесь не в первый раз, лучше взять оборудование в другом месте.
Pros: the staff is very nice, they help in any way they can (even fasten their shoes), some items (for example, a helmet) are cheaper than the neighbors.
Cons: skis are just firewood: old, tattered with blunt edges. My daughter (weight 40 kg) after 5 minutes of skiing, the mount fell apart. I had to give her my ski, and go down on one myself. The employees at the rental office shrugged their shoulders as if nothing had happened, gave other skis, and these were somehow collected and put back on the rack - someone else would get it.
Conclusion: if you are not riding for the first time, it is better to take the equipment elsewhere.

It is a center where you can rent your ski equipment at affordable prices in a very nice location. It is right at the foot of the Palandöken ski center and you can pass from the bottom floor of the Dedeman hotel. All the staff are very kind and helpful… thank you very much
