Winehouse Restaurant

This is the best restaurant I have been to in the whole of Turkey. Zuhan and Mehmet make you so welcome. Food brilliant, try the Sultan kebabs, they're amazing. I would give them one hundred stars if I could.

Really nice food and good price. My dad enjoyed the sea bass and they made a vegan spaghetti dish for me. Good service too, would recommend!

Love this place! Our favorite to eat in Içmeler, we've been three times in two weeks (and plan to squeeze in one more). The tastiest Turkish dishes in chilled out but charming ambiance. From the approach it doesn't look like much but down the steps it's really well laid out with multicoloured bottle lights adding a boho vibe. The owner and staff are really friendly and happy to chat and explain the menu, they also have a pretty good wine selection (as you'd hope from the name!) the pacing of the courses was the best we have had since being here, much more laid back. My favorites so far are the hünkar beğendi (lamb stew on rich aubergine mash) and the 'stuffed lamb' which was actually lamb, peppers and onion stuffed into a flat bread with garlic yogurt on top (as seen in the pic). Their mixed meze plate was also one of the best we had (but pretty big) and special mention to the delicious lemon cheesecake we managed to squeeze in at the end.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Içemeler, lucky for us we stayed next door ! Must book ahead as its very busy, the food is amazing! The staff take a lot of pride in there cooking, presenting & making sure everything is OK for you. Don't miss out on the food here 10/10.

We went for breakfast and booked for our evening meal for the same night. Friendly staff, quick service. Not running the complete menu due to Covid but there was still a good choice available. We both enjoyed our meals and in the evening when the restaurant is all lit up it looks completely different than in the daytime. Definitely one to go back to when things return to normality.
