B	Baran K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İş için kaldım. Aslında orası restorant gibi, sonradan otel olmaya çalışmış. Olmamış yada otel olamamış. Hiç bisey yazmicam, 2 gün kaldım kış günü, otel girişine 2 kürek tuz almamışlar, o parkuru geçebilen otelde kalmaya hak kazanıyor sandim;) I stayed for business. In fact, it's like a restaurant, later it tried to be a hotel. It didn't exist or it couldn't be a hotel. I won't write anything, I stayed for 2 days in winter, they didn't buy 2 shovels of salt at the hotel entrance, I thought anyone who can pass that track is entitled to stay in the hotel;)

Sefer gelişimde oda soğuk ısıtma yetersiz hiç ısınamadım resepsiyona bildirildi yapacak birşey yokmuş. Kışın odalar sıcak yaz serin istenir müşteri memnuniyeti için az ücrette almıyorsunuz 300tl. Son gelişim olacak başka otellere bakılacak yapacak bişey yok. The 1st time I checked in to the hotel, I went out of your bathroom because there was a shortage of hot water. The 2nd time I arrived, the room was cold, the heating was insufficient, I could not warm up at all. It was reported to the reception that there was nothing to do. The rooms are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. For customer satisfaction, you don't get a low price of 300tl. There is nothing to look at other hotels, which will be the last development.

Spası çok iyi personelleri yardımsever sadece tek eksi gördüğüm şey herkes rastgele spaya alınmamalı otelin oluşturduğu üst düzey kalite ve hizmeti baltalıyorlar.. I often come to Elazig and stay in hotels with my family.. The best quality hotel staff I've seen in Eleazig so far, very respectful and attentive. The food is great and very affordable. The spa is very good, the staff is helpful, only the only minus is that everyone should not be taken to the spa at random, they are undermining the high level of quality and service created by the hotel..

H	Hande Berilgen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very nice Hotel. We came with our tour and I can say that this was the best Hotel we stayed at. Very very well decorated. The rooms are outstanding. It has everything in it from A-Z. Very modern and very very clean. It does have free coffee and tea options available. The TV had Netflix. The beds were amazing clean. USB ports We came here on a Saturday night and were so lucky cause there was traditional live music playing and we had a table for us. The food options were very good. The food plates and serving is very good with all the Covid restrictions I can say that the hotel did an amazing job! The serving staff is amazing. They are all very attentive and have smiling faces which is very important in the hospitality industry. WIFI is outstanding. During my entire trip every hotel had a very bad service. The Hotels internet is better than my phone lines internet. ?? The only down side was the electricity went off this morning and the generator did not kick in. Yes, it did come back later on but I do believe management should check into this issue. Would I come back? For sure! This is my Hometown??? I would advise anyone whoever is looking for a hotel to come stay here.
