Yaklaşık iki hafta da ürünün açılması ve tamir etmeleri sürdü. 18/7/2020 tarihinde de bayiden alınmadığını ve bu yüzden de garanti kapsamında olmadığını ileri sürerek tamir için 150 tl istedi. Ürünün garantisinin bitmediğini söyleyerek ödeme yapmayacağımı ilettim. Firmanın garanti kapsamında olan ürün için para istediğini Wilo'nun satış sonrası hizmetleri ile iletişime geçerek kendilerine bu durumun çözümü için başvurdum. Bahasan firması Wilo ile iletişime geçmem üzerine tamir ettikleri ürünü tekrar eski haline (ilk teslim ettiğimiz haline) getirdiler. Yaklaşık bir aydır ürünü alamadığım ve bu yüzden başka bir markadan ürün almak zorunda bırakan bir Wilo servis firmadır.
I delivered the product to get service from the company for my product under warranty on 8/7/2020. It took them about two weeks to open and repair the product. Claiming that it was not purchased from the dealer on 18/7/2020 and therefore not under warranty, he asked for 150 TL for repair. I said that the warranty of the product is not over and I will not pay. I contacted Wilo's after-sales services that the company wanted money for the product covered by the warranty, and applied to them to solve this situation. When I contacted the Bahasan company Wilo, they restored the product they repaired to its original state (the first one we delivered). Wilo is a service company that I have not been able to purchase for about a month and therefore forced to buy a product from another brand.
