 During my visit to Antalya for the last three years, all my days in these furnished apartments for the Municipality were cheap in price and very high quality. I thank Brother Muzaffar, the supervisor of the place ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Мошенники!!! Списали с карты 100€ через несколько дней хозяин апартаментов отменил бронь. На многочисленные письма вернуть деньги тишина. Деньги так и не вернули. Обращались в приложение букенг, через него мы бронировали данные апартаменты, тоже никаких действий не последовало.
Scammers !!! They debited 100 € from the card. A few days later the owner of the apartment canceled the reservation. There is silence on numerous letters to return the money. The money was never returned. We contacted the bukeng application, through which we booked these apartments, no action was taken either.

Very spacious room, very clean enough. Close to the sea. Transport is nearby. Half an hour to the center. Very nice area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand the negative reviews. Unlike hotels this place is extremely clean, quiet and peaceful. The caretaker Muzaffer is very attentive. We used too much electric and offered to pay more but they refused it. It's walking distance to the beach, great jogging, views, cafes, restaurants, shopping yet not in the crazy part of Konyaalti Beach. We've been here over two months going on three and loving it. We are still here at least till th end of March. If it had a third bedroom we would've stayed much longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel in Feb 2021 for staying in April-May but were not able to arrive due to Covid cases increase in Turkey in April and eventual flight cancellation to Turkey by the government. I have been charged 700 euro for the apartment though there was no way to arrive.
So I explained the situation to the hotel manager and asked him if we can come when lockdown ends in Turkey and flights are resumed. The manager did tell that it is okay to come later and no need to pay more as I was ready to pay extra in summer season.
But when the time came, the manager was just answering i am looking for the available rooms. It lasted for 2 months(!!!) to find available room and ended without any feedback from him.
This is not good behaviour particularly amid the pandemic.
