We were generally satisfied with our 3-night stay. The hotel staff are helpful, the cleanliness is very good, the food is good (it can also be considered very good for the all-inclusive system). When you leave the hotel's ski room, you reach the first chair lift after walking for 100 meters (you have to walk uphill). After a short while, you slide down from the destination to get on the second chair lift. The second chairlift is used by all hotel guests to go up the mountain (at the bottom of the Toprak hotel with the best location). This chair lift takes you right next to the indoor chair lift used to get to the top. So you have to carry 100 meters of skis on the way up. On the way back to the hotel, you can come to the ski room without having to walk on skis. We were also satisfied with the massage service at the spa. It is a hotel that I can choose again in terms of price performance. Main problems: Although we coincided with the semester break, there were many children in the hotel. Probably most rooms had extra beds. There should be a quota for this. Just outside the ski room, the children were insistently waiting to carry the skis. Saying no every time was a little tiring.
