White Gold Hotel & Spa

Nice hotel. I love the design of rooms and hotel, even looks small, there is everything there. White gold is located near Alanya, can even walk until there, or take a bus and arrive in 15 min . Had a birthday gift as fruits in room and table decoration for dinner, that's cool. Beach is small, but I guess place is enough for everyone, but can't say the same about pool. Really weak animation team, Russian woman - animator is rude. Even at reception, some of the staff members do not understand English. Few people in hotel could speak English. Pierce at the beach is broken, so you can't enter in water from there. Food is horrible because every meal is same, no diversity at all. See one of my pictures with salad: is same salad just different cut of vegetables. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!

The hotel is very good.  The service is excellent.  Fun activities all the time.  The food is very delicious.  All day we can drink anything we want for free. Thanks to all. Thank you Firat

First of all what you pay you get it. Turkey meat is served like cow meat. Meals and drinks especially alcohols are low quality. Bar closes at 23:00. Beach bar servers only soft drinks. There is no bar near pool. You must wait a line for even a glass of water. Towels are changed every 3 days. Few kind of meals. Staff are polite and helpfull. Kursat and Fırat are great persons at animation team. Only a building Hotel no more area. No disco, no aquapark. It is for my opinion 3.5 star Hotel not 5 stars, thats why cheap. Management team should work to greaten meals and drinks, not to force customers to give 5 star comments.

The hotel is Maximum 3 stars. The restaurant is 1 star. The restaurant manager likes controlling and have no respect in the attitude, and thinks every guest in the hotel is German, so he only speaks German language. The restaurant manager is the worst worker I have ever seen, and he doesn’t deserve to work in the hotel with that none respect and bad attitude. Worst restaurant manager we have ever met. I will never come again only because of him.

Hello I am writing to you in terms of my last stay with my wife in your 5 star hotel White Gold & Spa. Before I start I would like to inform You, that I have been in Turkey several Times. I must admin that this hotel is fake 5 star IT is shame for great Turkish Nation that you and your hotel Staff represent your country by inviting foreign tourists to this pseudo hotel. Where did you take the 5th star from. You must have probably drawn IT yourself on leaflet. Me and my wife have never eaten the worst, inedible, tasteless food in our life. We have visited so many places in our life but the food served in White Hotel and spa in Alanya is a disgrace and misunderstanding. I love Turkey and turkish food but this hotel management Policy target is to discourage tourists from Turkish cuisine. If you are in Turkey please avoid this hotel. You are saving money on everything literally. My wife had food poisoning 2 Times. I wish I could have my my money back at least for food. I wish you would close this place soon. Your change towards Russians was a.mistake. think about IT. I hope you speak English. ????

I have no idea why anyone would ever recommend this hotel.. it’s absolutely terrible Pros: - Nice and clean rooms - Location, it’s pretty close to the center - Nice beach but no all inclusive bar there.. Cons - NO BAR AT THE POOL. You have to go upstairs on very narrow staircase to get your drinks. By the time you are back at the pool you’ll drink everything and have to go back. I am 100% sure this is deliberate design so guests don’t drink too much on all inclusive. -Disgusting food, everyday it’s almost the same with not much to choose from - You have to ask hotel staff for every single drink, water, soda. There are no dispensers for guests. Then they literally pour 150ml to small plastic glass so you have to order 3 drinks at a time - Local alcohol is nasty - Majority of the hotel staff is not pleasant, you can see they are not very keen to work for this hotel - Hotel staff barely speaks any English (even reception which is unacceptable)

Other than the distance from Antalya airport (a bit under 3h with a shuttle), it's a great hotel. The food was pretty good, mostly it was the same, with 4-5 new dishes every day, fresh fruit, ice cream, grills. The alcoholic drinks weren't great, but that's to be expected in Turkey. The beach and sea were pretty rocky, so we stayed mostly at the hotel pool - which is very nice. All sorts of activities for kids and adults (darts, water gym, polo). The staff was great. The room was pretty spacious and looks luxurious but not kitschy. Overall, a great experience.
