They didn't bring food to our upstairs guests. While all the staff of the wedding hall were eating our wedding meal (meat saute) in the cafeteria, our guests went hungry. Service was very disorganized and slow. Food came cold. The fruit did not come. When the jewelry was to be put on, we said that we want to have the jewelry read aloud. However, they did not consider us. Everyone brought their jewelry and gave it away by hand. We couldn't keep track of who wore what jewelry. There was real turmoil. We were not at all satisfied with the operation and organization of the wedding. There were no assistants to guide and guide the bride and groom during the wedding. Officially, we did the wedding ourselves. They did not even allocate a table for the parents of the bride and groom. There was not even a curtain on the window of the bride's room. While I was taking off my wedding dress and putting on my bindall, we tried to close the window with our own effort so that everyone from the outside could not see me. Everything was so bad. We agreed on 20 thousand TL. Later, they asked for 2 thousand more after the wedding was over. How rude and immoral to ask for money after the wedding is over. We paid 22 thousand in total.
