Good overall 1. From the time of arrival we had a very friendly staff. Polite and helpful. 2. Hotel is clean and excellent room service 3. Good food but limited options for vegetarians, i guess they do not expect many vegetarian guests around here. At many occasions they sort of lost balance in cooking vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Some days there were loads of veggie options and other day none. 4. Repetitive menu of desserts, Infact same one everyday 5. Hardly any staff speaks fluent english,i felt many of them prefer speaking in russian! 6. Very disappointed with alcohol options.Very cheap quality wine and only 2 options available. Diluted beer and only one option available. Very few cocktails served 7. Pool is nice and clean, but certainly very busy. 8. Not a easy access to beach, private beach is very small. 9. Over all hotel is 3 star services, way far from 5 stars as claimed.

The hotel territory is very nice, big and comfortable. The hotel has modern facilities and kids entertainments. Unfortunately, the hotel service is one of the worst, food is not clean, dishes and spoons always has dirt or remaining food. Almost in each dish I can catch piece of hair or something. There are no enough employees to serve in the restaurants and bars. Therefore, employees are overloaded and does not feel comfortable to help. The food has nice products but missing the good taste (they need to invest on a good chief). The internet is super slow and they charge 10Euro for normal internet. Rooms has no iron and chargeable to get you one I really feel sorry for this amazing hotel and facilities to be spoiled due to management does not do their job and not investing on people who works.

All inclusive 13 nights as a couple. Unpleasant & stressful stay. Rude staff, animal abuse & illness. Special thanks to Jade & Ayhan for making our stay somewhat survivable. Staff: Staff barely speaks English & looks at you weirdly. They don’t care to fix issues, especially Ates who was rude & should not be allowed near customers. They also keep asking where you’re from & don’t stop until they like the answer (racist assumptions). All inclusive: Such a joke! Many things around the hotel require money, like the safe, internet, juice, etc. On the 1st night we received a plate of mouldy fruits & expired wine. Room: Room is not soundproof as advertised, we heard noises from everywhere. The bed was hard as rocks, we had to angrily talk to the reception multiple times to get softer bedding. TV remote was broken, a new one was delivered at midnight when we were sleeping & set do not disturb. There is only 2 elevators, which are constantly in use, causing long waiting times & breakdowns. Cleanliness: Minimal cleaning. Cups & water rarely given during room service. The cleaners ignore you unless you give a tip. Buffet: You won’t starve but it’s the same everyday, bland & boring. Meat was always undercooked. The themed nights show how little they know about food from other countries. The only good waiter was Ayhan, every other waiter was terrible, especially Oguzhan who likes to kick cats & take food away from customers. Disgusting! Lobby bar: Each bartender makes drinks differently, no consistency at all. When they don't want to make a drink, they just say “finish”. Drink names do not require language knowledge! Beach bar: There was a really kind English lady named Jade who was very helpful, especially when we were ill. She gave us fruits & offered to drive us to the hospital. Snack bar: Food here is gross, the menu needs to be heavily revised. All the waiters are lazy & just stand around. Pools/Beach: The infinite pool & beach are nice but small & crowded. The big pool is full of screaming kids & very cold with loud music all day. Marketers: Marketers come up to you daily, persistently trying to sell you their services, even when you’re in the pool, which is not relaxing at all. They do not leave you alone! Hotel store: Fake branded items. Limited medical supply. No set prices. They love upselling to tourists, especially girls. Do yourself a favour & go to a different store outside the hotel, you will get the same items for cheaper. The owner of the store is very shady & follows you around. Spa: Upon arrival, a fat woman at the spa scammed & forced us into a 120€ package. One of the posters at the spa says "All injuries are not the responsibility of the spa“, which should indicate the quality of the spa. The massage was painful & left bruises for days. During the massage, they pulled down our pants without consent. At the end, they told us we had multiple illnesses such as hernia & scoliosis & needed immediate massages. When discussing the price, they showed us private information (data protection?!) about other customers, trying to make us feel poor. Aggravating experience! Transfer: Small dirty van. It was booked by the hotel, with shady people inside. Driver was smoking & on the phone, driving like a maniac, constantly overtaking. A la carte: 1 free visit every 5 days, but we only went once. Dishes are put on the table before you decide what you want. No vegetarian options. Old bread, bland salad, salty soup, etc. Waiters very touchy & not wearing masks. We got up & left before trying the dessert as it took forever & 1 waiter tried to rudely stop us. A couple next to us left early as well, they clearly disliked the food too. Advice: Get better qualified staff with consistency in cleaning & making drinks. Ban marketers. Fire Oguzhan for being rude & kicking cats & Ates for being absolutely horrible with customers, acting like a child. Fix the spa & hotel store, they should not be allowed to scam people. Learn to apologise & be thankful!

The Hotel area is nice and all, beach ist pretty small though. When you talk with the staff you have the feeling you get on their nerves. Foodwise - pretty much my everything with meat tastes like straight out of the toilet, the rest is more or less okay even though not very tasteful - definitely no 5 star food and no 5 star staff. Rooms are very nice and all. Drinks are okay.

My sister and I (both 22+ yo) stayed at White City resort for about 10 days in October 2021. It has been the most amazing hotel both of us stayed at so far and we would absolutely recommend going there. The hotel is located between a row of others and has some souvenier shops, small markets and bazaars in walking distance. It has its own beach area consisting of a sand beach and a wooden pier both with plenty of spaces to sunbath. Overall its as quiet an area as can be expected for a hotel located between others. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, as was the pool, beach and spa area. The food was most amazing (special thanks to Ömer who spoke english amazingly well and was a pleasure to talk to as well as giving great recomendations for food to try) and - considering the corona circumstances - very ewell organized. Most enjoyable was the entertainment program (done at the time by Paco, Volkan and Cerem).There were plenty of activities during daytime (i myself participated sports based games like volleyball and waterball) as well as opportunities for recreationin the evening (like trips to Summer Garden club in Alanya), beach parties with an amazing DJ or music events). Additionally to communicating all the activities very well, all of the entertainment guys (Paco, Volkan and Cerem) were the most friendly and approachable guys, who always stopped by for a greeting and a quick chat. Absolute pleasure to hang out with them. The (all-inclusive) bars for the hotel events as well as the pool bar were run very well with only slight waiting times. Special recommendations go to Döndu and Caner, who are both absolutely friendly and who made every cocktail run an absolute pleasure. If either of them recommends a cocktail you should try them - they know what they're talking about! Theres also a hookah/water pipe/shisha bar on hotel grounds, which is a must-try. Its run by Ümit, who is the most friendly and caring guy there is. He always made sure our stays were most enjoyable and his recommendations for tobacco mixes were on point. For english speakers the customer relations department - especially Jade - is both able and willing to help you out with pretty much everything. The service here is most competent and friendly, as every of our questions and wishes got handled amazingly well. If there are any questions or troubles we strongly advise going there.

We've stayed here for 5 nights and it was a pleasure for us. The services, customer relations and cleaning is excellent and the staff are very kind. The mini gift they give when you check-in is so kind. You can find most of things you want in a vacation here. Food and beverages are various. There are 2 pools and the view of the infinity pool is very nice. We were happy to stay here and would like to come again.
