Wanted to make my girlfriend happy, instead ended up ruining her nails and mood. Nobody spoke neither English nor Russian, so everything was totally misunderstood. The nail polish is uneven, also bubbles have emerged underneath. Next day(!) a part of it broke away as you can see on the photo. When removing the old polish they grinded off way too much so the remaining nail was painfully thin and will now need a long time to recover! The cutter looked like it wasn't properly disinfected, and we couldn't ask because they didn't understand anything. We also couldn't pay contactless like in any other place. We were lucky to have enough cash in the pocket. The photo of the nails that they posted in instagram was so low quality that you couldn't see how bad it really was, don't fall for it! Aweful experience! Don't let them do your nails, they will ruin them!
