★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yapılan işlemler ile ilgili bir yazılı evrak verilse daha sağlıklı olur. Doktor ne takıldı hastaya dedi serum dedik içinde ne vardı dedi hiçbir şey diyemedik. Mutlaka hastalara yapılan işlemlerle ilgili evrak verilmeli.
It would be better if a written document about the transactions was given. The doctor said what was wrong with the patient, we said serum, he said what was in it, we couldn't say anything. Documentation about the procedures should be given to the patients.
