Kendisi çok tatlı, iletişimi çok iyi, destek konusunda çok yardımcı bu zamanda çok rastlanmayacak derecede iletişime sahip. Bir problem olduğunda çekinmeden destek isteyebileceğiniz birinin olması memnuniyet verici.Weltew home'un böyle çalışanları olması büyük artı kanaatimce. Siparişim elime ulaştığında ürün özelinde tekrar yorum yapıyor olacağım.
 I ordered a bedroom from Weltew home today, I did not want to pass without mentioning Selin lady who contacted me in customer service. He is very sweet, his communication is very good, he is very helpful in support and has an unprecedented level of communication at this time. It is a pleasure to have someone you can ask for support in case of a problem. It is a big plus for Weltew home to have such employees. When I receive my order, I will be commenting on the product again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobilya tasarımlarını beğeniyorum. Geçen yıl İzmir Kemalpaşa mağazasından genç odası takımı aldık. Ürünler 3 ayrı seferde geldi. Bu hoş değildi. Kulpumuzun biri kurulumu yapılırken kulpla alakalı sallaniyordu. Değişeceğiz dediler değişmediler halen. Fiyat olarak piyasanın bir tık üstünde olduğunu düşünüyorum. Beni en çok rahatsız eden şey montaj ve servisle alakalı oldu. Tekrar bu markayı tercih edermiyim bilemiyorum.
I like furniture designs. Last year, we bought a youth room set from İzmir Kemalpaşa store. The products came in 3 separate times. This was not pleasant. While installing one of our handles, it was shaking about the handle. They said we will change, they still haven't changed. I think the price is a little above the market. The thing that bothered me the most was the assembly and service. I don't know if I would choose this brand again.
