★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salon hizmetine güzelliğine diyeceğim yok ancak fotoğraflarımızı ne zaman teslim almamız gerektiğini söylemediler aradan zaman geçince de bizi ilgilendirmez alsaydınız fotografçıyla halledin deyip yüzümüze kapattılar. Yakışmadı 3 yıl değil 1.5 yıl olmadı daha önceden süre bilgisi vermediniz fotografçınında söylediği sizin hatanız olduğu. Bunu ilk defa değil daha öncede yaşadığınız şikayetvar sitesinde var.
 I can't say enough about the beauty of the salon service, but they didn't tell us when we should receive our photos, and after time passed, they said it's none of our business, if you did, they would take care of it with the photographer and hung up on us. It didn't fit, it wasn't 3 years, it wasn't 1.5 years. You didn't give the time information before. The photographer said it was your fault. It's not the first time you've experienced this, it's on the website complainer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020 yılında planladığımız düğün eşimin iş durumu nedeniyle 2021 yılına ertelendi. Sozlesmeyi yaparken böyle bir durumun oluşabileceğini belirtmiştik ve sorun olmayacağını ifade edilmişti. Ama sözleşme esnasında ücret artışı oldu. Ayrıca düğün öncesi dans kursu verileceği soylenmisti ama düğünden 5 dk önce dans kursu adi altında stresimizin arasında alıkonulduk ve iki hareket gösterdiler. Sozlesme yapılırken vaad edilen ikramlar da sunulması. Pandeemi nedeniyle masrafların artıp önlem alındığı için ücret artırıldı söylendi ama dezenfektan yerine su vardı. Biz memnun kalmadık ama her düğün gibi bizimki de bitti.
The wedding we planned in 2020 was postponed to 2021 due to my wife's job situation. While making the contract, we stated that such a situation could occur and it was stated that there would be no problem. But there was an increase in wages during the contract. It was also said that there would be a dance course before the wedding, but 5 minutes before the wedding, we were detained under the name of a dance course, and they showed two moves. Offering the promised treats while making the contract. It was said that due to the pandemic, the cost was increased and precautions were taken, but instead of disinfectant, there was water. We were not satisfied, but like every wedding, ours is over.

Başından bu yana bizimle ilgilenen değerli Özlem Hanım ve Gamze hanıma ne kadar teşekkür etsem az kalıcağını düşünüyorum. Profosyönel bir ekiple birlikte Nişanımızı cumartesi günü gerçekleştirdik. Her kafamı çevirdiğimde gamze hanımla göz göze gelişimizi söylemeden geçemiycem. ikramlıklarımın hepsi çok güzeldi dondurmalı pasta bizim favorimiz oldu.

We are Kardelen&Emre couples engaged in BEYZADE wedding hall.
I think it would be an understatement to thank the esteemed Ms. Özlem and Ms. Gamze, who have taken care of us since the beginning. We held our Engagement on Saturday with a professional team. Every time I turn my head, I can't help but tell that we meet with Gamze lady. all of my treats were very good, ice cream cake was our favourite.
I wholeheartedly recommend it. :))
