Watsons - Tunalı Hilmi Cd. No:119

Geçen gün bir markanın nemlendiricisini sordum, "o yok ama zaten size uygun değil, cildinizde şu şu şu problemler var, daha farklı bir ürün önerebilirim" diye moral bozucu bir konuşma yaptı. İnsanlara böyle olumsuz ifadelerle yaklaşılmamalı. Ayrıca belki bir başkası için de alışveriş yapıyor olabilirdim. Tunalı'daki bu satış danışmanının eski usul müşteri tavlama tarzından vazgeçmesini öneririm. Ayrıca bazı ürünler piyasaya göre pahalı.

Esra hanım kardeşime ve bana her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Cilt ürünlerinden saç ürünlerine çok güzel önerilerde bulundu. Tecrübelerini ve deneyimlerini bizimle paylaştığı için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Girişteki 2 çalışan neden asik suratla karşılıyorlar acaba müşteriyi. Girerken selam verdim, çıkarken iyi günler dedim sanki küfür etmişim gibi ters ters baktılar. Şaşırdım doğrusu.

Very crowded but at least there is a seating place for resting.

Always understaffed and inside is so poorly arranged. The checkout always confuses people (who are already unaware of how to get in the line). You can mostly find what you're looking for or its equivalent.

My friend and I came to this Watson’s today and a worker named Hasret was extremely rude to my friend. She wanted to use her Watson’s card and forgot to give it to the worker. She asked to return the items and then apply the Watson’s card discount. The woman became VERY upset and said that it was my friends fault she didn’t give her card and she didn’t want to do the return. The worker showed her anger and nearly shouted. We are foreigners and our Turkish is not perfect and the woman was very disrespectful. She eventually had to have the manager come help her do the return. We felt so uncomfortable and offended. We will not be coming back to this Watson’s and will tell our many foreign friends to not come either. We will go to a place where we are respected and workers can control their emotions.
