★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beğendim. Personel ilgili, ürün çeşitliliği güzel. Tek sıkıntı sprey kapaklarının kaybolmuş olmasıydı. Müşteri memnuniyeti açısından önemli şeyler. Bir de kasadaki personel sayısı yetersizdi. Müşteriye yaklaşım çok iyi öneririm.
I liked it. Staff is concerned, product variety is good. The only problem was that the spray caps were lost. Important things in terms of customer satisfaction. Also, the number of staff in the safe was insufficient. I recommend the customer approach very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ az önce forum çamlık denizli watsons şubenizden geldim. yıllardır sizden alışveriş yaparım ama maalesef çalışanlarınıza yanlış yönlendirme yapıyorsunuz. ben kendi kendime kimseye danışmadan alışveriş yapmayı severim. çalışanlarınıza üst üste yardıma ihtiyacım olmadığını söylememe rağmen aynı çalışan defalarca gelip ürün önerisi yaptı. en sonunda çıkıp gittim. özellikle saç bölümüne bakan bayan bunu sürekli yapıyor. gratist de kimse rahatsız etmiyor. siz neden böylesiniz? insanlara hırsız muamelesi yapıyorsunuz. başımda dikilip 'o ürün yerine bunu öneririm' diyip durmak satış yapmak değildir.
I just came from your forum pines denizli watsons branch. I have been shopping from you for years, but unfortunately you are misleading your employees. I like to shop by myself without consulting anyone. Although I told your employees that I do not need help over and over, the same employee came over and made product suggestions over and over. finally I went out. especially the lady who looks at the hair department does this constantly nobody bothers at the gratist. why are you like this? you treat people like thieves. Standing up and saying 'I recommend this instead of that product' is not selling.

I think the departments are very confused, unrelated things are in the same place, there is no problem other than that, but it would be much better if the arrangement was made.
