Water Side Resort & Spa

Pretty dissapointing stay. Nowhere near the 5 star restaurant experience they claim they offer. Best part of the ''resort'' is how close and accessible the beach is and the wonderful room cleaning staff. Other than that, it was a terrible experience. You occasionally catch the male staff harassing female visitors. I felt extremely violated for my fiance after one individual continously kept coming to her table when I wasn't around and kept forcing himself onto her. You can't walk anywhere without someone trying to sell you something. The local store clerk over charged my fiance on her card after we made a purchase there Claiming she was only charged once, and the first attempt was unsuccessful, just to now see two transactions from the same place. Extremely shady and unprofessional. Multiple portraits of African slaves depicted in and around the hamam and sauna area which was very distasteful and downright disrespectful towards not only people of color but people in general. Food was OK, repetitive but overall pretty acceptable. My diet for this entire week consisted of mainly just chips every day cause all of the other food gave me a stomachache or wasn't cooked properly. Would suggest taking your hard earned money elsewhere, I most certainly will not be returning here a second time. One of the daily stage ''acts of entertainment'' consisted of 4 females that were not told what they were volunteering for, turned out to be a very oversexualized and absolutely pathetic attempt to satisfy the male fantasy. They had to go around and kiss guys on the cheek for 1 point, or on the mouth for a 100 points. The next challenge they were told to pose sexy on a chair? And based on how hard the audience cheered, they received an x amount of points, after they were done ''slurring'' it up, the winner received a complimentary bottle of champagne which in my honest opinion does not even cover the mental abuse those ladies were probably put through. Two of them even wanted to walk off stage after they explained the idea, but were eventually somehow convinced to stay. A lot of 5 star reviews here by mainly Russian visitors, but this service and experience would have never been allowed in Scandinavia.

Nice hotel but I think 4 stars instead of 5 Minuses Service informing about attractions has very poor English. you can not understand anything from information provided at the pool. Cheating people at spa prices. they give the prices of packages for families and only later say that it is for one person. There is no separate area for non-smokers by the pool. There are few places on the dining room for 5 people, mostly only 2-4 Dirty glasses and unwashed forks. A large crack under the doorway in the room, at night the visible light and noises from the corridor - why do you need that? Only one stay in a hotel restaurant where in a different hotel in another town was 3 times. Very poor quality internet. No internet at the pool, in the room, or the lobby. Very poor location of the hotel far from Side. There is nothing interesting except a piece of beach. Nothing special about the ultra all included - everyone in the hotel have the same. foreign spirits were supposed to be, but they only have equivalents of local cheap alcohols Pros Delicious food! I spent 1 week here, my stay started with a small problem with my room, actually it was noisy. I asked to change the room. The only issue is that the Hotel was full, in contrast everything was great. The food is sooooo delicious, pool, everything is clean even when the hotel is full. I didn’t like the beach though it isn’t really a sand beach.

Amazing view (if you are on right side of hotel). All swiming pools are perfect. Very good food, friendly staff. Beach is problem... because this hotel has something like terrace insteda of beach. Nearest beach with pebble is about 500 meters away (this is the only problem). Everything else is OK.

Probably the best 5 star hotel I've ever been to. A very nice clean quiet place with superb meals. Most visitors are from France and Germany. Highly recommended. One issue though: the internet in the hotel basically doesn't work and it works perfectly in the hotel next to it. Update: I've been here for a week already and the internet is barely usable. This is quite unprofessional. The personnel is fully aware of the issue and they seemingly don't care. Adjusting the rating accordingly.

Very friendly staff. German and english language is well. Very Clean. Buffet they offer is a good Mix from local food and international. Tourist you can't choose. But this everywhere Same "Problem" Perfect for Family.

I don't even know where to start. My fiancé and I live in Turkey and every year we go to quality hotels around Antalya. Unfortunately, this year we were cheated by the Ets tour. Very poor quality hotel, I'm shocked at how it could get 5 stars. I have to start with the fact that the hotel is old and dirty. Cheap alcohol stinks everywhere and 90% of clients are working-class Russians. The staff is disrespectful and flirted with me even when I had a fiancé nearby. They kept yelling at me in Russian, even I told them I wasn't Russian. Be careful, the rats climb in the restaurant on the ground floor in the evening !!! The food was decent, but not 5 stars. Do not drink alcohol, it is cheap and fake. Don't expect original brands. I'm not talking about access to the sea. To get there, you have to walk about 10 minutes out of the hotel on a dirt road that is unlit at night. The area around the hotel is terrible, there is not a single shop nearby. The area of ​​the hotel is small, as is the swimming pool. At the time of the covid epidemic, they did not even measure the temperature of the guests, inside the restaurant the guests do not wear a masks, although it is ordered by the Ministry of Health. If you like quality, I definitely do not recommend this hotel!
