Kaliteli ve guzel bir görüntüye sahip. Yenilenmesinden dolayı daha da bir güzel olmuş. Ama içerideki mağazalarda ürünler ciddi anlamda çok pahalı. Gidilip gezilebilecek güzel mekanlardan. Çatısına çıkmayı unutmayın.

Yenilenmiş yüzüyle yeniden hizmete başladı. Mimarisi çok değişmemiş. Üst segmenti hedefleyen bir konsept. Yataklı sinema salonu dikkat çekiyor. Yakında besyuz metre ilerde bir AVM daha açılacak. Hangisi ayakta kalabilecek göreceğiz.

Diğer AVM lerden en büyük farkı manzarası muhteşem, tüm ankara yi görebiliyorsunuz. Bu açıdan oldukça ferah bir yapı, diger AVM ler gibi en üst katında yemek yeme yerleri mevcut değil (henuz açılmamış yerler var.) ve giriş ortamında sizi karşılayan güvenliklerin kıyafet ve tavırları farklı bir ortama geldiğinizi hissttiriyor. bunun yanı sıra Vip tarzı yeni nesil sinema deneyimi (biraz pahalı) lacoste, vakko, W collection, Swaroski, Pandora ve Magrabi, İpekyol ve NetWork gibi luks markalar var. Olumsuz yönleri ise otoparkı, magaza sayısı ve çeşitliliği kısıtlı, her aradığınız şeyi bulabilecegiz bir AVM değil (örneğin yapı marketi, çocuk oyun alanı vb. ) ancak türkiye nin ilk AVM sinin yenilenmesi güzel, sonuç olarak beğendim...

My fiance had an interview in Ankara at the US Embassy there so I wanted her to have a nice outfit and look her best. We went to the local mall and found Vakko. The prices were extremely high but, I expected it to a degree because this place was obviously upscale and seemed to be of high quality. We spent almost $1000 USD on a complete top to bottom outfit. It was a pretty outfit, I'll give Vakko credit for that. Then, the bad news came. My fiance wore the blouse ONE TIME. The second time she went to wear it again, it had a hole that developed along a seam. By this time we had returned to the USA. Because it was under warranty, I wrote to customer service to ask what could be done to replace or, possibly, refund the item. Initially, I received this reply: "The shares of the friends of Vakko are very precious for us. As Vakko procedure, the guarantee period of our products is 15 months. You can send your product with its bill from the store where you bought or the same store group to analysing(sp) team, on condition that your product is in this guarantee period." After I asked if it was possible to not have to send the item from the USA to Turkey to clarify if a closer location was acceptable, I got a reneging of their original promise to accept a return by mail with this reply: "The shares of the friends of Vakko are very precious for us. Your request has been shared with Vakko’s authorized unit. According to the answer coming from them, we would like to share the information about it is not available to accept the product sent from abroad by cargo. Therefore, we kindly request to deliver your product to the store where you bought in the guarantee period when you visit to Turkey." Not surprisingly, I had no plans to ever return to Ankara Turkey so I asked if they might just send a replacement. It was a $300 blouse that I am sure they paid no more that $10 for. I even offered to pay the shipping. After that, and after 3 more emails asking for a response, I was completely ignored. Like so many companies, they are great when taking your money and fail miserably when honoring their word. I do not recommend shopping at Vakko.

Very bright lighting so the interior seems uncomfortable,no signage on the elevators for the floors,the interior seems very empty, some corners, corridors, for the first time I saw shopping center without f&b facility, even no place to take water, only big chef and waiting list 30 minute minimum, should have been wait to make opening after made ready fast food devisions , still much to do overall,but promising for the future
