★ ★ ★ ★ ★ geçen hafta bugün ayakkabı sorunlu olduğu için sizlere gönderdim bugün sorduğumda kargonuzu gönderdim diyorlar ve ama kargoyu aradığımda yok denildi firmanızı aradığımda bana verilen cevap ise biz çok gönderi yapıyoruz size takip numarası nerden verelim ne yapacaksınız 2 gün içinde gelir diye konuşuluyor ayakkabınızı alıcı ve kullanıcısı olarak müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır müşteri olarak kargomun nerde olduğunu takip etmek hakkım olmasına rağmen ciddiyetsiz bir anlayış sergilendi ve hala gönderi takip nosu halen gönderilmedi şikayetçiyim ilgi sıfır kalitede böyle düşüyor
