haticee Kübra hanıma ozekikle çok çok teşekkür ederim Türkiye'de 15 e yakın Volvo bayisi bulunuyor hepsini fiyat için aradım hem fiyat konusunda hem ilgi hende alakadar dolayı hiç hiç birisinde memnun kalmadım ama Hatice Kübra hanımin gusterdigi ilgiden dolayı hemde çok iyi Bir fiyat çektiği için aracimi ondan aldım indirimi ben için önemli değildir önemli olanı Bir o bir haftada günde en az 20 kez arıyordum araçla ilgili bilgi almak için yanı anında cvb anında bilgi verdiği için yanı Bir hafta için de soruyordum araçla ilgili o kadar detaylı bilgi veriyorduki yanı iş sahibi bile olsaydı bana i kadar cvb vermezdi böyle bir satışta sorumlu birisi her Volvo bayilerinde bulunmasi o marka için mükemmel olurdu yardımı için ona bacım hitap edeyim Kübra baciya çok çok teşekkür.ne kadar yine azdır çok memnun kaldım. Aracımdaki problemi de buldu Samet usta... sanayide dünya kadar param boşa gitmiş...
I am now at Timuçin Volvo authorized service. Employees and masters are perfectly caring, smiling... This place is like the lobby of a five-star hotel, not like an authorized service...
Master Samet also found the problem with my car... my money wasted in the industry...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tam 3 hafta arabamin tamirinin bitmesini bekledim. 10 gunde hizli cargo icin 5000 tl ekstra para vermeme ragmen 14 gunde geldi. gelen parcalari gorunce 5000 yl nin cok fazla olfugunu anlafim bir posete sigacak buyuklugundeki cargoya tam 5000 tl ekstra para verdim ve zamaninda gelmedi. personel sinir bozucu sorulan sorulara ukala cevap vermeler. problemin giderilmesinde risk almamalar butun mazotlan alakali parcalar degismek.zorunda kaldi. halbuki ustaliklatini gosterselerdi 1 mazot pompasiyla problem giderilebilirdi.
I waited for 3 weeks for my car to be repaired. It came in 14 days even though I paid 5000 TL extra for fast cargo in 10 days. When I saw the parts that came, I understood that 5000 years was too much, I gave 5000 TL extra money for the cargo that was big enough to fit in a bag and it did not arrive on time. the staff give arrogant answers to annoying questions. not taking risks in solving the problem, all parts related to diesel had to be changed. however, if they had shown their mastery, the problem could have been solved with 1 fuel pump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adamlar bilgisayara takıp arıza tesbiti yapmaya çalışıyor, aracı yukarı kaldırıp baksalar yağ tahliye vidasının gevşek olduğunu ve yağın ordan damladığını göreceklerdi, bunun yerine 900 tl bilgisayar bağlantı ücreti alıp yağında motor üst kapak terlemesi olduğunu söylediler...
The guys are trying to fix the problem by plugging it into the computer, if they lifted the vehicle up and looked, they would see that the oil drain screw was loose and the oil was dripping from there, instead they took a computer connection fee of 900 TL and said that there was sweat on the engine top cover in the oil...
