Arabam 99 model parça olmayabilir bir hafta kalabilir mazot pompası arıza yapmış olabilir pompa yurtdışından getirtilecek vs gibi şeyler söylendi serviste açıkçası memnun kalmadım birde oradan ayrıldıktan sonra randevunuz vardı dediler bende geldim işim bitti geri dönüyorum dedim. Yani orada olduğumdan bile haberdar değildiler.

Erzurum'da bulunan Skoda servisindeki ilgisizlik ve kalitesizlikten sonra keşfettim kendilerini. 200 km yol gidiyorum Egecan için çünkü gerek servis sürecindeki gerekse sonrasında sundukları hizmet kalitesi buna fazlasıyla değer. Karşılaşılan olumsuzluklara buldukları çözüm ve benimsedikleri yaklaşım tamamen müşteri odaklı. Tüm çalışanlara ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim.
I visited for the second time for periodic maintenance of my vehicle. I discovered them after the indifference and poor quality of the Skoda service in Erzurum. I travel 200 km for Egecan because the quality of service they provide both during and after the service is more than worth it.
