I went for 60,000 km maintenance. I bought the vehicle at the exit, the fault lamp came on and the message "Check the fog lights" came. I showed it again before I left the garden of the service in case there is such a problem. They told me that they would re-register and they only asked for 280 liras for labor, excluding the repair fee... I had the vehicle formatted. The men see us as geese. I called the general directorate and explained the situation, and they linger with unnecessary empty words.. I will not visit the service again. To you My advice is that there are better masters in the industry who do this job...

I take my car to Volkswagen Opat Tarsus authorized service for 5 years, I say 5 years, but of course I have more than that, my friends, those who have Volkswagen vehicles around me, all of them, whether it is maintenance or any malfunction, it will be better to do it at the service, because the work will be guaranteed. I want to say that the work done in the service is guaranteed work no matter where you are in Turkey, and when it comes to the work you have done outside, we had a gearbox malfunction outside of any service outside in Tarsus. We went to Istanbul for a tour, the gearbox malfunctioned again, what should we do? Well, we'll load it into the tow truck and bring my Tarsusam back :) but if this work was done in the service, it would be guaranteed, friends, that's why I say authorized service authorized service authorized service. By the way, as I said at the beginning, I take my vehicle to the authorized service.
