Malum şikayet sitesinde bu yetkili servis hakkında yazılan yorumları okursanız çok daha net bir fikir edinebilirsiniz. İmkanınız varsa başka bir ilde bulunan farklı bir yetkili servis araştırıp oraya yönelin. Hatta çevre illerdeki VW servislerini araştırırken bu servisten memnun kalmayıp oraya gidenlerin yorumlarına rastlayabilirsiniz.
They are extremely sloppy and dooming, damaging your vehicle. Unfortunately, the most inferior service I have seen among all the Volkswagen / Audi authorized service that I have been to has been Malatya Miram. If you can, search for a different authorized service in another city and head there. Yıl güncellemeleri vs ücretsiz yapıldı sanayide onuda yapalım bunuda yapalım cı ustaların tersine gereksiz hiçbir masrafa sokmadan ne gerekiyorsa onu yaptılar bazı parça değişimlerini ben talep etmeme rağmen gerek yok dediler aracım golf 7 1.6tdi DSG. Artı mesela şanzıman yağını sanayi değişelimden vs bahsediyorken tek seferlik konulur sıkıntı olmadığı sürece değişim yapılmaz dediler
