VW İzmit yetkili servisinin bilgisizliği ve iş bilmezliği beni markadan soğuttu ama sağ olsun Mehmet Usta olduğu sürece VW aracımı bir süre daha kullanmayı düşünmüyorum :)
 Mehmet Usta is a true master. After the timing maintenance I had at the authorized service, the problems I experienced were solved within three hours. The ignorance and business ignorance of the VW İzmit authorized service cooled me from the brand, but thanks to Mehmet Usta, I do not plan to use my VW vehicle for a while.
