★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum saat 11 de aracımın rutin yağ bakımı için randevu aldım aracimi saat 15 te yağ bakımı için götürdüler mademki 4 saat sonra işlem yapacaksınız niye randevuyu 4 saat oncesi için olusturuyorsunuz anlamadım saat 15te giden araba herhalde servis mesai bitim saatinde teslim ederler yazık herkesin zamanı kiymetli daha öncede sürekli rutin bakımlarını serviste yaptırdım ama aydoganlar yetkili serviste 2 saat gibi bir sürede teslim ediliyor burada niye bu şekilde yapılıyor cidden anlamadım verilen paraya acıdım cidden, kesinlikle bir daha volkswagen eskihisar yetkili sevise gelmem bu benim için büyük deneyim oldu

They took my vehicle for oil maintenance at 15 o'clock, since you will be processing 4 hours later, I do not understand why you are making the appointment 4 hours before, I guess the car that goes at 15 o'clock is delivered at the end of the service, it's a pity everyone's time is precious I've had routine maintenance done at the service before, but Aydogans are delivered at the authorized service in 2 hours, I really don't understand why it is done this way, I really feel sorry for the money given, I will definitely not come to Volkswagen Eskihisar authorized service again, it was a great experience for me.

Haklarını yemeyim evime uzak olduğu için aracı ev adresime teslim ettiler.

If your car is out of warranty, I do not recommend you to take it here. Any malfunction will be your fault. If you run out of your battery during maintenance in the service, even if the headlights are broken, the money will come out of you.
