They just wanted 120 TL for the lock of the electric vacuum cleaner. 120 TL is a lot of money for just a tiny lock.

They make a quick return, they replaced the defective product with zero within the warranty period, I think a sufficient technical service staff is not knowledgeable except the only note I broke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ azur elit ütümle ilgili sıkıntım vardı bana yakın olan yetkili servis volkan elektronikdi. ilk götürümde inceleyip size geri dönüş yapacağız dediler 3 gün sonra ütünüz hazır şeklinde msj attılar. gittiğimde hiçbir sorun olmadığını ısrarla dile getirdiler. ütüde tabanından sürekli kireç aktıma olduğu için götürmüştüm. teknisyen arkadaş ütüyü kettlla bir tutup onlarda kireç tutuyolar hiçbir sorun yok diyerek ne kadar bilgisiz olduğunu gösterdi. bir kaç defa daha götürdüğümde yine aynı saçma sapan tepkilerle karşılaştım. en son istanbulda ki genel müdürlüğe bağlı teknik servis volkan elektroniği arayarak alt tabanın değişmesi gerektiğini söylediler. Alt taban değişti. Diğer taban da ne gibi sorun varmış çözebildiniz mi diye sorduğumda hiç bir sorun olmadığını hatta müşteri memnuniyeti adına değiştirildiğini söylediler. Evde kireç aktımalarının videosunu çekerek anlatmaya çalıştığımda bile anlamadılar. Siz siz olun bu teknik servisi tercih ederken bir kez daha düşünün...
I had a problem with my azur elite iron, the authorized service close to me was Volkan Elektronik. They said that we will review and get back to you at the first delivery. After 3 days, they sent a msg saying that your iron is ready. When I went, they insisted that there was no problem. I took it because there was a constant flow of lime from the soleplate of the iron. The technician friend showed how ignorant he was by keeping the iron together with the kettll and saying that there is no problem with them holding the limescale. When I took it a few more times, I faced the same ridiculous reactions. they called Volkan Electronics, the technical service affiliated to the general directorate in Istanbul, and said that the bottom base needs to be changed. The base has changed. When I asked if there was any problem with the other base, they said that there was no problem and that it was changed for customer satisfaction. Even when I tried to explain by taking a video of the lime flow at home, they did not understand. Think twice before choosing this technical service...
