As of January 27, my line to be moved has not been moved. I will go here again with the sim card they have compelled. I couldn't handle it by phone because there are no accessible numbers on the internet. What happened is also not responding or wrong.

They weren't helpful at all. Not an authorized dealer. No mobile signature service. They don't know the procedure. How can a dealer be unaware of the information available on the Vodafone website????
