★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok basit bir konuda danışmak için gittiğim ,orada çalışan bayandan sebepsiz yere azar işiterek döndüğüm bir Vodafone bayisi.Sakaryada bir çok şubesi var diğer şubelerde sorun yaşamadım sagolsunlar yardımcı oldular.Fakat Çark caddesindeki şubelerinde ki vasıfsız kendini bilmez bayan yarım saat beklettikten sonra beni azarlayip ,yüksek sesle konuşarak kovmaktan beter etti ,yardımcı olacaklarını yarım saat bekletmeden soyleselerdi bu çirkin davranışlarını gitmezdim .Bir çok şubesi olan bir yerin bu şekildeki kişileri müşteri ilişkisi olmayan vasifsiz insanlari çalistirmalarini doğru bulmuyor vodafonenin de ismine yakışmıyor.

Yanına gidip yardım istedik ama birden sesini yükseltip bağırarak konuşmaya başladı. Diğer çalışma arkadaşları kızı müdahale edip sakinleştirmeye çalıştı. Sonra başka bir personel gelip bizimle ilgilendi. Böyle insanlarla iletişimi beceremeyen, esnaflık, müşteri memnuniyeti bilmeyen insanları neden çalıştırıyorsunuz aklım ermiyor.
