Müşteri danışmanı vodafone faturasız hatta geçtiğim taktirde 3 ay başka bi hatta geçemeyeceğimi yoksa müşteriye ceza bedelinin yansıyacağını söyledi bende böyle bişey olmadığını ısrar ettim ilgilenmemek için vodafone müsteri hizmetlerini arayıp doğrulayabileceğimi söyledi aradım vodafone müsteri hizmetleri böyle bi durumun söz konusu olmadığını söyledi bayi bu konuda ya bilgisiz ya ilgisiz işlem yapacaksanız bence en son gideceğiniz bayilerden olsun çünkü ilgilenilmiyor
 Today, I went to the dealer to move my Turkcell postpaid line to Vodafone prepaid line. The customer advisor said that if I switch to Vodafone prepaid line, I cannot switch to another line for 3 months or the penalty fee will be reflected to the customer, I insisted that there was no such thing. If you are going to do irrelevant transactions, I think it should be one of the last dealers you go to because they are not interested.
