★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tarife değişimi için gittik. Görevli kız arkadaşımız ilgilensin diye bekledik ama kızın umurunda değil. Yanına gidip yardım istedik ama birden sesini yükseltip bağırarak konuşmaya başladı. Diğer çalışma arkadaşları kızı müdahale edip sakinleştirmeye çalıştı. Sonra başka bir personel gelip bizimle ilgilendi. Böyle insanlarla iletişimi beceremeyen, esnaflık, müşteri memnuniyeti bilmeyen insanları neden çalıştırıyorsunuz aklım ermiyor.
 We went for the tariff change. We waited for the girl in charge to take care of her, but she doesn't care. We went up to him and asked for help, but he suddenly raised his voice and shouted. Other colleagues tried to calm her down. Then another staff member came and took care of us. Why do you work with people who don't know how to communicate with such people, who don't know craftsmanship and customer satisfaction?
