★ ★ ★ ★ ★ geçen hafta vodafone fiber internetimi kestirmek için gittiğimde benimle ilgilenmediler aboneliği kesmemem için bana yanlış bilgi verildi. sadece fax yoluyla kesebileceğim söylendi.Halbuki müşteri hizmetleriyle görüştüğümde bayilerin de aynı ekranı kullandığı sırf işlem yoğunluğu olmasın uğraşmasınlar diye iptal etmediklerini gerekli durumda bu şubenin şube kodunu öğrenip( sorduğunuz zaman söylemekle yükümlüler)müşteri hizmetlerini tekrar arayıp şubeyle görüştürebileceğim eğer yine iptal işlemini gerçekleştirmezlerse şube hakkında vodafone genel müdürlüğü tarafından cezai işlem uygulanacağını öğrendim(yüklü meblağda para cezası ).bu ve benzeri bir olayla karşılaşırsanız şube kodunu öğrenip müşteri hizmetlerine şikayet edebilirsiniz.müşteri her zaman haklıdır.
