Ne kadar zor olsa da güleryüzlü kalmaya çalışan çalışanların, perde arkasinda ne kadar zorlu bir süreci olduğunu bilip ona göre davranmaniz lazim. Sonuçta bu insanlar birer çalışan, vodafone'un kuruculari değiller. Tarifenin fiyatini degistiren o kisiler değil. Beyni olan bunu idrak eder.

Employees who try to stay smiling, no matter how hard, should be aware of how difficult a process is behind the scenes and act accordingly.
