There is not even a response to the customer. People are trying to connect to their sick time online classes, but some still don't bother even looking at the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 Temmuz'da numara taşıma için gittim. Bugün 17 Temmuz ve numara taşıma hala gerçekleşmedi. Başka bir bayiden öğrendiğime göre başvurumu sisteme 12 Temmuz'da girmişler. Çalışanlar müşterilere karşı son derece ilgisiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Gitmeyin.
On the 8th of July I went for number transportation. Today, July 17, and the number transport still did not happen. As I learned from another dealer, they entered my system on July 12th. Staff are extremely uninterested in customers. I definitely don't recommend it. Do not go.

Hattın biri çalışmadı. Çalışmadığı için en yakın bayi ye gittim. Bana yapacak birşeyleri olmadığını söylediler ve yedek simkartı 50 TL ye itelediler.İlk günden kazık yedim. Ne desem bilemedim şimdi.
I switched to Vodafone. With my 2 lines.
One line did not work. Since it didn't work, I went to the nearest dealer. They told me that they had nothing to do and pushed the spare sim card to 50 TL. I got screwed from the first day. I didn't know what to say now.
