★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sım kartım bozuldu yenilemek için bu Vodafone bayisine gittik. Bilgilerimi aldı ve hattınız bireysel değil kurumsal hat çıkaramıyoruz dedi Orda çalışan şahıs . Hiç ilgilenmedi ve bilgilendirmedi. Dokumada Farklı bir Vodafone bayii gittim bilgilerimi aldı ve hattımın bireysel olduğunu ve rahatlıkla yeni sım kart çıkarabileceğimi söyledi. Ayrıca bu bayi kartı 50 TL ye çıkarırız dedi. Benim gittiğim yer 40 TL ye çıkardı. Tavsiye etmiyorum ilgilenmiyorlar uğraşmak istemiyorlar.
My sim card is broken, we went to this Vodafone dealer to renew it. He took my information and said, "Your line is not an individual but a corporate line," said the person working there. He was not interested and did not inform. I went to a different Vodafone dealer in Dokuma and took my information and said that my line is personal and I can easily get a new SIM card. He also said that we will increase this dealer card to 50 TL. The place I went to increased it to 40 TL. I do not recommend, they are not interested, they do not want to deal with.
